There’s been a lot going on in my life. From work travel, to my friend’s partner dying (and my entire community banding together to help heal), to reuniting with my ex, to foreclosing, bankrupting and selling things on Craigslist in preparation for my big move…needless to say, I’ve been exhausted and I’ve been busy!
I had some time off from working out once I hit 189 lbs. I threw in some opportunities to work out here and there:30 minutes on the treadmill or softball games, but yesterday I fully jumped back on that treadmill for a 58 minute run and it felt great. I remember a quote that said, “I always regret not going to the gym but I never regret when I do.” I totally agree. I feel so much better today. I have another run planned for Friday and am pretty excited about that “me time.” Any big workout plans?
